Okay, my beautiful peeps!

After an uber-busy week I finally got a blog up and going for:

JOINING TOGETHER

 

So, I need to say upfront that I take full responsibility if this blog doesn’t catch on and go anywhere!  I came up with the idea last week and after starting the blog, I contacted Brandi @ My Three Bubs and asked if she’d want to help!  She agreed!  So, if it crashes and burns – blame me.  If it takes off and does great – me and my twin are partners all the way!

That being said, this is why I came up with the new blog:

I’m always seeing buttons on people’s blogs about families in need.  It could be a sick child, a sick parent, an adoption journey, fundraising for medical bills and so much more.  Several bloggers will do a post about these families and their needs to help get the word out.  I always thought this was generous.  After viewing one of these blogs last week I thought how nice it would be if there was one central location where all this type of information could be so it has the potential to reach more people.  Also, if you were wondering about a certain family and can’t remember where you saw the button – you could come here, find their button and click to see if there are any updates on their situation.

So, there it is.  Simple, but important.

Please go check it out.  Follow it.  Chose to add your button if you have one.  Grab our button and put it on your blog.  Let your readers know about us.  Spreading the word is the quickest way to get something to grow.  If you’ve done a post about one of these families, add your link to the MckLinky list at the bottom of the daily post.  If you want us to feature your family or someone you know – contact us at the info provided and we’ll do feature post on them.

There will much more updating over the next couple months to make it more user friendly and cool, so hang in there with me!

Now off for a busy day!  My great, great aunt Donna passed away this week, so I’ll be heading back to Wyoming this weekend for her funeral.  Need to get some things taken care of today since I won’t be here to do it tomorrow!
