I was bored with how I was displaying my Christmas cards, so when I saw a new idea in a Martha Stewart Living magazine, I figured I’d give it a shot.

All in all, I spent less than $10 on all the supplies and I actually like how it works.
You’ll need:

I like how it turned out. I needed something different and for under $10.00, couldn’t beat that!
I hope you all are having a great Christmas season. Amazing that Christmas is this Saturday. I have been going non stop the past couple weeks. Now, Bella is out for two weeks, so I’ll have 3 kids with me all day, everyday. Can you see me smiling :o)
I finally got my Christmas cards sent out TODAY. Nothing like receiving a card on Christmas Eve, right? I ordered them through Shutterfly and they turned out amazing. I was impressed with how well they looked.
Well, lots to do today. The kids and I are making sugar cookies – rolling and cutting and baking. Tomorrow we will frost them all. I’m excited – these cookies are wonderful! I also need to get my sewing projects done. I need Brandi here to help me out since she won’t get off her machine. Please, twin, help me out!!! I’ll clean for you if you’ll sew for me :o) I am also going to try to get more photos up this week since I’m behind.
I think my major goal for 2011 is to stop being behind on things all the time. That means I need to prioritize, learn how to say no to some things and stop having so many projects going at once. Sigh.
Happy Monday!

Booyah!
OK, this first thing is getting embarassing. Where the heck is Brandi anyways?!
Anything Martha Stewart sends me running the other way. Her stuff seems so complicated and she makes my OCD go into overdrive w/her perfectionism. But I must admit, this seems easy!
Merry Christmas girly.
Ok, I really like that idea. I have a really cute Santa card holder, but it doesn't really hold the cards very well. Thus defeating the entire purpose of the cute holder. We may have to make that a group project for this weekend.
Merry Christmas lady! Hope you guys get some snow!
What a neat idea! Our cards are sitting sloppily on our kitchen bar here!
I hear ya on being busy and I cannot believe Christmas is this week already!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful one!
I love this idea. Might try it sometime.
I want to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas! I hope it is special.
Great idea!
Learning how to say no and not having too many projects going on is so hard, but sounds like a fabulous goal for 2011!
Happy Holidays Friend!
Man, she beat me again! I've been chasing 6 kids around all day trying to clean up behind them (which is totally pointless).
LOVE the wreaths! I had big plans to make a cute xmas card holder that I saw on another blog. Never got to it. I'll have to post a pic of what I ended up doing with them... it's so ghetto, but it works. ;)
I would sew for you all day long! We just have to figure out how to move CO and FL closer!!! You'd also have to figure out how to get me to focus. Aside from a touch of OCD, I may have SADD (Sewing Attention Deficit Disorder). I started making xmas table runners as gifts, finished two of them, and then looked at all my chopped up xmas fabric and said OOOOH! I COULD MAKE A XMAS QUILT!!! I've been working on the quilt for about 3 days now. lol!
Nice job on the wreath. It turned out great and under 10 bucks. I am in.
When you figure out how to say no to some things...let me know. I just keep saying sure...whatever you need me to do. Sheesh. I need a backbone. LOL
Cool idea! I need a way to display mine....got so many cool ones from bloggers this year! I didn't even do any this year. I just had no time! Thanks for the idea!
What a neat idea! I might have to try that next year. I was very impressed with our Shutterfly cards too! Merry Christmas friend! :)
Those are cool! I just taped our cards to the door of our front closet!
